项目背景 大型沙盒 MMO SOC，72K×72K PCG 程序化生成大世界，Go + Unity 技术栈，ECS 架构。 职位描述 1. 负责1-2个核心模块的系统设计和体验打磨，包含玩法框架、数值逻辑、交互流程的完整方案输出； 2. 作为模块的第一责任人，与程序、美术对齐需求，主导模块开发节奏与验收标准； 3. 跟踪模块上线后的核心数据表现，独立分析问题并推动优化迭代； 4. 参与团队的方向讨论，基于对玩家的理解为产品决策提供输入； 模块说明 目前团队在以下模块开放招聘，您可以根据兴趣和专长选择1-2个方向投递： 1. 生存和技能系统：包含生存挑战、制造系统、战斗和生活技能养成； 2. 家园建造和社交系统：软硬装建造、领地权限、PVP保护、地图共建玩法； 3. RPG模块：包含任务、NPC、交互、前期体验等；

1. 2年以上系统设计经验，有MMO多人项目或独立游戏制作经验者优先； 2. 深度体验过多款不同品类的游戏，能够精准理解、总结、表达不同品类的游戏乐趣是怎么实现的； 3. 至少深度体验过一款soc，理解soc的游戏乐趣，熟悉 soc游戏中的各类系统； 4. 能理解和共情用户，分析不同类型玩家的游戏感受，洞察真实诉求，提出解决方案； 5. 认同小团队的工作节奏，能自驱推进工作，对产品品质有追求；
