1. 负责都市生活模拟类游戏的核心 Gameplay 与客户端系统开发，完成技术方案设计及功能落地，对玩法品质和产品体验负责。 2. 负责复杂玩法与系统架构建设，持续提升代码的扩展性、可维护性及开发效率，支持项目长期迭代。 3. 负责客户端性能优化、稳定性治理及多端设备适配，保障复杂场景下的流畅体验。 4. 与策划、美术及服务端团队高效协作，识别技术风险并推动业务目标高质量落地。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；3年以上 Unity 游戏开发经验，具备完整项目研发或线上迭代经验。 2. 编程基础扎实，熟练掌握 C#，深入理解 Unity 引擎及常用客户端架构。 3. 具备复杂 Gameplay 或系统开发经验，拥有良好的系统设计、模块拆分与问题解决能力。 4. 熟悉客户端性能优化及多端适配，能够独立定位并解决内存、渲染、逻辑性能及稳定性问题。 5. 具备较强的责任心、产品意识及沟通协作能力，能够独立负责核心模块并推动技术问题落地解决。
