负责游戏买量广告中UE视频素材的统筹及全流程制作，对交付质量、制作效率和成本负责。 1. 负责UE5地形编辑、场景搭建、资产处理、灯光氛围、材质制作及最终渲染，保障不同美术风格的呈现效果。 2. 制定并优化UE视频制作和渲染方案，解决制作过程中的技术与效果问题。 3. 建立标准化制作流程及资产管理机制，推动场景、模型、材质和模板等资产沉淀与复用。 4. 负责UE制作团队的搭建、培养和产能管理，保障多项目、多需求下的稳定交付。 5. 研究并应用AI工具，持续提升素材制作效率和质量。

1. 具备6年以上UE相关经验，有游戏买量广告或商业视频制作经验，完整参与过UE视频全流程制作。 2. 精通UE5场景制作流程，熟悉地形、灯光、材质、蓝图及视频渲染，能够适应写实、风格化等不同视觉风格。 3. 熟悉PBR及风格化资产制作，能够使用Maya、3ds Max或Blender，以及Substance 3D Painter等工具处理模型和贴图。 4. 具备扎实的美术基础和较好的画面审美，能够判断并把控构图、灯光、色彩、材质及最终呈现效果。 5. 具备较强的制作统筹和问题解决能力，能够合理评估制作方案、工作量及人员配置。 6. 有团队搭建或管理经验，能够提供团队产能、交付周期、成本控制或效率提升等量化成果者优先。
