The posting

1. 负责FPS游戏关卡的设计与制作，熟练使用2D绘图软件制作关卡Layout，运用3D工具、引擎搭建白盒，验证关卡玩法可行性； 2. 统筹关卡侧的设计产出，规划整理设计范式，带领关卡团队高效合作并对关卡所有内容产出负责； 3. 负责场景管线的梳理与维护，保证关卡设计与场景美术能够高效推进场景相关内容的落地与迭代； 4. 负责单局对战玩法节奏推导，明确对战体验节奏并指导关卡产出与之匹配的白盒Layout，对单局整体体验负责； 5. 负责关卡相关玩法内容的设计与维护，包括但不限于交互物、关卡机制以及相关的蓝图脚本等； 6. 与战斗、世界观等各侧策划配合，保证关卡在各维度下的质量与游戏整体匹配度。

1. 2年及以上FPS关卡工作经验、并具有项目管理经验；或5年以上关卡设计相关工作经验； 2. 熟练掌握Unreal5引擎，拥有一定的编程基础能够掌握蓝图的使用，并且拥有对应内容的可行性判断力与迭代设计的能力；对于Unreal5的关卡工作流有一定的了解； 3. 熟悉且能够独立负责PVP射击游戏关卡设计与制作流程，FPS品类优先； 4. 热爱游戏，有丰富的PVP射击游戏经验，对三角洲行动、ArcRaiders、逃离塔科夫、暗区突围有深度体验与理解的优先； 5. 共情力强，能够对关卡所有设计内容的体验负责； 6. 美术表现敏感，对于场景合理性与写实度有较为成熟的设计经验； 7. 主观能动性强，能够管理好功能开发进度，有良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力； 8. 想象力丰富，能够从想象中收获乐趣，对其他各类游戏的关卡设计也有一定的见解； 9. 熟练掌握unreal蓝图功能【加分项】； 10. 建筑学相关专业背景优先【加分项】； 11. 提供关卡设计作品【加分项】。
