1.美术相关专业，3年以上游戏UI经验，有SLG项目经验优先。有外包管理经验优先。 2.拥有1-2 款项目商业化 UI 设计深度参与经验优先，分析竞品商业化 UI 设计亮点与不足、制定设计方案，负责付费场景设计。 3.具备较强的规范意识，熟悉游戏 UI 从需求对接、设计产出、切图交付到落地验收的全流程化 4.有扎实的美术功底，较强的设计表现力和想象力，对游戏交互认知清晰，具有较强审美能力，会Figma和AI优先 5.具备协作精神，有主动意识，责任心强，能适应项目节奏，承受一定的工作压力，保持学习精神 6.沟通能力强，擅长收集图版/整理/归纳信息，并且清晰表达自己的设计意图，有较强的信息归纳能力，能把复杂信息进行整合梳理，变成简单明了的交互界面； 7.拥有竞品画面表现的分析能力，善于学习，接触新技术； 8.有较强的信息归纳能力，能把复杂信息进行整合梳理，变成简单明了的交互界面。
