1.具备游戏 UX/UI 设计经验，熟悉交互设计、视觉设计及界面制作流程； 2.具有良好的美术审美，对不同游戏美术风格、信息层级及操作体验有独立判断； 3.熟悉 Figma、Photoshop 等设计工具，具备 AI 图像生成与编辑经验； 4.（必须项） 有 AI 工作流实践，能够控制生成质量、修正问题，并提供实际落地案例； 5.（必须项） 熟悉 Unity UI，能够借助 AI 完成资源处理、界面拼接、基础交互及适配验证； 6.（加分项） 有 ComfyUI、Agent/MCP、脚本自动化或 Unity 编辑器工具经验； 7.（加分项） 有完整游戏上线、组件库或设计系统建设经验。
