1.协助开发/优化策划、美术工具（如大地图编辑器、资源管理系统），提升团队生产效率。 2.参与工具需求收集与分析，将非技术同事的痛点转化为可落地的技术方案。 3.梳理现有工作流程，识别效率瓶颈，提出标准化改进建议。 4.跟进工具与流程落地，收集反馈并推动迭代优化。 5.编写工具使用手册、流程说明文档，确保非技术同事快速上手。 6.维护技术文档库，建立工具使用案例库与常见问题解决方案。 7.作为技术与业务部门的沟通枢纽，准确传递技术限制与业务需求。 8.协助组织工具培训，耐心解答策划/美术同事的技术问题。

1.本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、数字媒体等相关专业。 2.掌握至少一种编程语言（Python/C#优先），有工具开发经验者优先。 3.具备基础的UI/UX意识，理解“用户友好”的工具设计原则。

软技能： 1.优秀的沟通能力，能将复杂技术问题转化为非技术同事易懂的语言。 2.耐心细致，善于倾听需求，具备服务意识与解决问题的主动性。 3.逻辑清晰，有流程化思维，能从细节中发现优化空间。
