Für unseren Standort in Frankfurt suchen wir Rechtsanwälte (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung im Fachbereich Finanzaufsichtsrecht.

Banken, Finanzdienstleister, Versicherungen und Handelsplattformen bewegen sich in einem sehr dynamischen wirtschaftlichen Umfeld – und dies häufig grenzüberschreitend. Unsere aufsichtsrechtliche Beratung regulierter Finanzmarktteilnehmer ist deshalb gleichermaßen durch ein hohes Maß an Innovation und Internationalität geprägt. Reizen Sie spannende rechtliche und wirtschaftliche Sachverhalte rund um das Zusammenspiel zwischen staatlicher Aufsicht und den Akteuren des Finanzmarktes und wollen die Digitalisierung des Finanzsektors in der ersten Reihen miterleben? Dann kommen Sie zu uns in die erste Liga, das Aufsichtsrecht bei Linklaters!

Ausgewählte Arbeitsschwerpunkte:

  • Prüfung neuer Geschäftsmodelle
  • Beratung von internationalen Mandanten zum Markteintritt in Deutschland
  • Gründung von Kreditinstituten, Finanzdiensteistern und Versicherungsunternehmen sowie Betreiben von Erlaubnisverfahren
  • M&A-Transaktionen in Bezug auf Banken, Finanzdienstleister, Versicherungen und Handelsplätze
  • Begleitung interner Ermittlungsverfahren, Beratung zu Compliance und geldwäscherechtlichen Bestimmungen
  • Beratung von innovativen Geschäftsmodellen und Produkten im Rahmen der Digitalisierung des Finanzmarktes
