Ihre Aufgaben

  • proaktive Unterstützung der Sales Directors im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Organisation, Koordination und Nachbereitung von Terminen, Meetings, Kundenbesuchen und internationalen Reisen
  • Priorisierung, Steuerung und Nachverfolgung von Aufgaben, Entscheidungen und offenen Themen
  • Erstellung von Gesprächsnotizen, Protokollen, Maßnahmenlisten und Management-Updates
  • Vorbereitung von Unterlagen für interne und externe Besprechungen
  • Sicherstellung eines professionellen Informationsflusses zwischen der Sales Directors, des Vertriebsteams und der relevanten Fachabteilungen
  • Bearbeitung und Vorqualifizierung von Anfragen, E-Mails und Analyse
  • Aufbereitung von Umsatz-, Absatz-, Kunden-, Markt- und Forecast-Daten
  • Unterstützung bei Budgetplanung, Forecast-Prozessen und Vertriebsjahresplanung
  • Nachverfolgung von Vertriebszielen, Maßnahmenplänen und Kundenprojekten
  • Vorbereitung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresgesprächen mit Vertriebsregionen, Key Accounts oder Handelspartnern
  • Unterstützung bei der Analyse von Abweichungen gegenüber Umsatz-, Absatz- und Margenzielen
  • Pflege und Strukturierung von Vertriebsdaten, Kundeninformationen und Aktionsübersichten in relevanten CRM- und ERP-Systemen

Ihr Profil

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in einer Assistenz- oder Vertriebsassistenzfunktion
  • ausgeprägte Organisations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit
  • selbstständige, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Erfahrung mit CRM- und ERP-Systemen von Vorteil
  • analytisches Denken und Zahlenaffinität
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie professionelles Auftreten
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • hohe Diskretion, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • sehr gute Excel Kenntnisse
