Allgemeine Informationen

  • eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Koordination von IT-Projekten sowie Steuerung definierter Teilprojekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, der IT und externen Dienstleistern
  • Aufnahme, Analyse und Strukturierung von Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen sowie Unterstützung bei deren Umsetzung
  • Unterstützung bei bereichsübergreifenden Programmen und strategischen IT-Initiativen sowie Mitwirkung bei der Priorisierung von Projektvorhaben
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen, Statusberichten, Entscheidungsvorlagen und Management-Präsentationen
  • Durchführung von Prozessanalysen sowie Dokumentation und kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Abläufe
  • Identifikation, Überwachung und Eskalation von Projektrisiken sowie Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung von Terminen, Qualität und Budgetzielen
  • Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Methoden, Prozessen und Standards im IT-Projektmanagement
  • Förderung einer transparenten Kommunikation zwischen allen Projektbeteiligten und Sicherstellung eines professionellen Stakeholder-Managements

Ihr Profil

  • abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • erste praktische Erfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement oder in einer projektbezogenen Rolle, idealerweise mit Verantwortung für eigene Arbeitspakete oder Teilprojekte
  • Grundkenntnisse in gängigen PM-Methoden (klassisch und/oder agil)
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; idealerweise Erfahrung mit Jira, Microsoft Project oder Planner sowie Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O und Sales
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Organisationsgeschick und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Kommunikationsstärke, professionelles Auftreten sowie die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Interessen zusammenzuführen
  • analytisches Denkvermögen, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Teamorientierung und Freude an der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
