Saat ini kami sedang mencari Admin & Purchasing Assistant yang teliti, proaktif, dan siap mendukung kelancaran operasional perusahaan sehari-hari.

Qualifications

  • Pria
  • Berdomisili di Bali atau bersedia bekerja di Bali.
  • Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dengan baik.
  • Menguasai Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, dan PowerPoint).
  • Memiliki kemampuan administrasi yang baik serta teliti dalam mengelola data dan dokumen.
  • Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
  • Memiliki komunikasi yang baik dan bertanggung jawab.

Nilai Tambah (Preferred)

  • Memiliki laptop pribadi.
  • Memiliki kemampuan mengemudikan mobil dan memiliki SIM A yang masih berlaku.

Job Responsibilities

  • Membantu proses pembelian barang operasional (purchasing).
  • Mengelola administrasi dan dokumentasi perusahaan.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan vendor dan supplier.
  • Membantu kebutuhan operasional harian perusahaan.
  • Melakukan input data, membuat laporan, dan memastikan dokumen tersusun dengan rapi.
