Job Descriptions

  • Menyiapkan dan menyajikan minuman kopi, non-coffee, dan signature drinks sesuai standar kualitas.
  • Melakukan kalibrasi mesin espresso dan grinder setiap hari untuk memastikan konsistensi rasa.
  • Menjaga kebersihan area bar, peralatan, dan workstation sesuai standar operasional.
  • Mengelola stok bahan baku serta memastikan seluruh kebutuhan operasional bar selalu tersedia.
  • Memberikan pelayanan yang ramah, cepat, dan profesional kepada setiap tamu.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim untuk menciptakan pengalaman pelanggan yang terbaik.
  • Berpartisipasi dalam pengembangan menu minuman baru serta memberikan ide-ide kreatif.
  • Menjalankan SOP dan menjaga konsistensi kualitas di setiap penyajian.

Qualifications

  • Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Barista.
  • Menguasai pembuatan espresso-based beverages serta non-coffee/signature drinks
  • Memahami kalibrasi mesin espresso dan pengaturan grinder (grind size, dose, yield, dan extraction time).
  • Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris dasar (wajib).
  • Memiliki inisiatif tinggi, proaktif, dan mampu bekerja sama dalam tim.
  • Terbuka untuk bereksperimen, memiliki kemauan belajar yang tinggi, dan tertarik mengembangkan menu minuman baru.
  • Energik, teliti, dan berorientasi pada kualitas.
  • Mampu bekerja secara multitasking dalam lingkungan restoran yang dinamis.
  • Berdomisili di Bali.
