Deine Aufgaben

  • Du planst, steuerst und dokumentierst den individuellen Pflegeprozess.
  • Du führst behandlungspflegerische Maßnahmen fachgerecht durch.
  • Du erkennst Veränderungen und leitest notwendige Schritte ein.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Ärztinnen und Ärzten, Angehörigen und weiteren Berufsgruppen zusammen.
  • Du förderst die Selbstständigkeit und die Ressourcen unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner.
  • Du führst eine professionelle, aktivierende und individuelle Pflege durch.
  • Du wirkst aktiv bei der Umsetzung unserer QM-Vorgaben, sowie bei externen Prüfungen mit.

Das bringst du mit

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (z.B. Pflegefachfrau-/mann, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege/Altenpflege)
  • Fachkenntnisse im Pflegeprozess und in der Pflegedokumentation
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Empathie
  • Teamgeist und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
  • Einen wertschätzenden Umgang mit Menschen
