Accounts Payable Coordinator – Dayton, OH Full-Time | On-Site

At Logan Services, our Accounts Payable Coordinator plays an important role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly, from processing invoices and receiving materials to managing payments, refunds, and vendor relationships. The Impact You'll Make:

Accuracy matters, and the work you do helps keep our business moving forward.

  • Review purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
  • Receive materials into our systems and maintain accurate electronic documentation.
  • Reconcile receipts with vendor invoices and statements, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure expenses are coded correctly and invoices are processed appropriately.
  • Process daily deposits from consumer financing partners and coordinate deposit completion with the Finance team.
  • Apply manufacturer rebates to customer accounts and help ensure timely payment from manufacturers.
  • Process customer refunds, vendor credits, returns, and warranty credits accurately and promptly.
  • Conduct regular customer account audits to identify and resolve outstanding items.
  • Communicate with vendors by phone and email to address questions, resolve issues, and maintain accurate account records.
  • Follow up on returned payments and outstanding balances to help ensure timely resolution.
  • Look for opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and keep financial records accurate.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.

What You'll Bring:

  • An associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable, receiving, accounting, or a related administrative role.
  • A basic understanding of general ledger (GL) coding principles.
  • Experience working with CRM or ERP systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with ServiceTitan, Sage Intacct, or similar financial and business software is a plus.
