En Logicalis Spain buscamos un/a Senior VMware & Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer para incorporarse a un entorno técnico crítico, con responsabilidad sobre virtualización, sistemas Microsoft y administración de infraestructura.

Funciones:

  • Administración avanzada de VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi y clústeres.
  • Gestión de HA, DRS, vMotion, Storage vMotion, datastores y redes virtuales.
  • Diseño, ampliación, migración y actualización de entornos VMware.
  • Administración de Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP y servicios de infraestructura.
  • Gestión de Microsoft Entra ID y entornos híbridos de identidad.
  • Administración de SCCM/MECM e Intune.
  • Administración y soporte de Microsoft 365.
  • Gestión de parcheado, vulnerabilidades y hardening.
  • Resolución de incidencias complejas de nivel 2/3 en entornos productivos.
  • Automatización mediante PowerShell y PowerCLI, y gestión de infraestructura como código con Terraform.
  • Planificación y ejecución de cambios, migraciones y actualizaciones, incluyendo análisis de riesgos y planes de reversión.
  • Documentación de procedimientos y colaboración con equipos técnicos.

Requisitos Mínimos:

  • Experiencia senior en administración de VMware vSphere, vCenter y ESXi.
  • Experiencia con clústeres, HA, DRS, vMotion y Storage vMotion.
  • Experiencia en migraciones, actualizaciones y troubleshooting avanzado de VMware.
  • Experiencia sólida en Windows Server y Active Directory.
  • Conocimientos de Microsoft Entra ID y entornos híbridos.
  • Experiencia con SCCM/MECM y conocimientos de Intune.
  • Conocimientos de Microsoft 365.
  • Experiencia en parcheado, hardening y gestión de vulnerabilidades.
  • Buen nivel de PowerShell y experiencia con PowerCLI.
  • Conocimientos de Terraform.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma en entornos productivos críticos.
  • Inglés técnico para documentación y reuniones.

Valorable:

  • Experiencia con Azure Virtual Desktop y FSLogix.
  • Hyper-V y migraciones entre plataformas de virtualización.
  • Exchange Server On-Premises y entornos híbridos.
  • IIS y SQL Server.
  • Certificaciones como VCP-DCV, VCAP, AZ-104, MS-102, SC-300, MD-102 o AZ-140.
  • Experiencia en automatización y mejora continua de procesos.
