En Logicalis Spain buscamos un/a Senior Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer para incorporarse a un entorno tecnológico internacional, con un fuerte componente de administración de infraestructura Microsoft, sistemas, identidad, seguridad y cloud. La persona seleccionada tendrá un papel técnico senior, participando tanto en la operación y resolución de incidencias complejas como en proyectos de evolución, optimización y automatización de la infraestructura.

Funciones:

  • Administrar y mantener entornos Windows Server, incluyendo Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Servers y certificados.
  • Resolver incidencias complejas de nivel 2 y 3 y realizar troubleshooting avanzado de sistemas e infraestructura Microsoft.
  • Administrar Active Directory, GPOs, Sites & Services, replicación y delegación administrativa.
  • Gestionar Microsoft Entra ID e identidades híbridas mediante Entra Connect.
  • Administrar MFA, SSO y Conditional Access.
  • Administrar y dar soporte a entornos Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), incluyendo Host Pools, Session Hosts, Workspaces y perfiles FSLogix.
  • Administrar Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), incluyendo distribución de aplicaciones, actualizaciones, OSD, inventario y reporting.
  • Participar en escenarios de Co-Management con Intune.
  • Gestionar el parcheado, hardening y remediación de vulnerabilidades en sistemas Windows.
  • Administrar Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, analizar alertas y participar en la gestión de vulnerabilidades y seguridad dentro de entornos Microsoft XDR.
  • Administrar servicios Microsoft 365 como Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive y Copilot.
  • Gestionar permisos, configuración y gobierno de servicios Microsoft 365.
  • Administrar y mantener infraestructuras ADFS y entornos híbridos de identidad.
  • Desarrollar scripts y automatizaciones mediante PowerShell para tareas sobre Active Directory, M365, SCCM y sistemas Windows.
  • Identificar oportunidades de automatización y desarrollar herramientas de administración y reporting.
  • Participar en proyectos de mejora y optimización de la infraestructura.
  • Trabajar con equipos internacionales, fabricantes y clientes, utilizando el inglés en documentación, tickets y reuniones técnicas.

Requisitos Mínimos:

  • Experiencia senior en administración de Windows Server y ecosistema Microsoft.
  • Experiencia avanzada con Active Directory, incluyendo GPOs, replicación, Sites & Services y delegación.
  • Experiencia con Microsoft Entra ID y gestión de identidades híbridas.
  • Conocimientos de Entra Connect, MFA, SSO y Conditional Access.
  • Experiencia administrando Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) y FSLogix.
  • Experiencia avanzada con SCCM/MECM, incluyendo distribución de software, actualizaciones, OSD e inventario.
  • Experiencia en entornos Co-Management con Intune.
  • Conocimientos de seguridad, hardening, parcheado y gestión de vulnerabilidades en entornos Microsoft.
  • Experiencia con Microsoft Defender for Endpoint y gestión de alertas de seguridad.
  • Experiencia administrando servicios de Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams y OneDrive.
  • Conocimientos de ADFS y autenticación federada.
  • Buen nivel de PowerShell y experiencia en automatización de tareas.
  • Conocimientos de Terraform.
  • Capacidad para resolver incidencias complejas de infraestructura y realizar troubleshooting avanzado.
  • Inglés técnico suficiente para trabajar con documentación, tickets, fabricantes y participar en reuniones internacionales.

Se valorará:

  • Experiencia con VMware vSphere, ESXi y vCenter.
  • Conocimientos de Hyper-V y alta disponibilidad.
  • Experiencia con Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops.
  • Conocimientos de IIS y gestión de certificados SSL/TLS.
  • Conocimientos de administración de SQL Server.
  • Certificaciones Microsoft vigentes, especialmente AZ-104, AZ-140, SC-300, MD-102, MS-102, SC-200 o AZ-800/AZ-801 relacionadas con Windows Server.
