En Logicalis Spain estamos en búsqueda de un un/a AI Engineer (AWS) con experiencia en diseño e implementación de sistemas agénticos basados en LLMs, desplegados en producción sobre AWS.

El equipo de Data & AI de Logicalis trabaja con clientes nacionales e internacionales, llevando a cabo importantes proyectos de ingeniería de datos, inteligencia artificial y analítica avanzada, estrategia del dato, gobierno, integración y arquitectura, abarcando todo el ciclo de vida del dato.

RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Diseñar arquitecturas agénticas: agentes individuales, orquestación multiagente, planificación, memoria y uso de herramientas.
  • Implementar agentes con Amazon Bedrock (Agents, AgentCore, Knowledge Bases, Guardrails) y frameworks como Strands Agents, LangGraph o similares.
  • Integrar agentes con APIs y sistemas internos mediante MCP (Model Context Protocol), Lambda, API Gateway y Step Functions.
  • Construir pipelines RAG con bases vectoriales (OpenSearch Serverless, Aurora pgvector, S3 Vectors).
  • Definir estrategias de evaluación y observabilidad: calidad de respuesta, uso de herramientas, regresiones, trazas, coste y latencia.
  • Aplicar buenas prácticas de seguridad, incluyendo IAM, aislamiento de herramientas, control de prompt injection y human-in-the-loop.
  • Automatizar el despliegue con infraestructura como código (CDK o Terraform) y CI/CD.
  • Colaborar con producto, datos y negocio para pasar de prototipo a producción.

REQUISITOS

  • 4+ años de experiencia en desarrollo de software o ingeniería de datos/ML.
  • 1+ año implementando soluciones con LLMs en producción, preferiblemente agentes o flujos con herramientas.
  • Experiencia sólida en AWS: Bedrock, Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, IAM y CloudWatch.
  • Dominio de Python (TypeScript es un plus).
  • Conocimiento de patrones agénticos: ReAct, planner-executor, supervisor/worker, reflexión y gestión de memoria y contexto.
  • Experiencia con IaC (CDK o Terraform) y pipelines CI/CD.
  • Inglés profesional B2 o superior.

VALORABLE

  • Certificaciones AWS: Solutions Architect, Machine Learning Engineer o AI Practitioner.
  • Experiencia con MCP y A2A.
  • Conocimiento de frameworks de evaluación de LLMs: Ragas, DeepEval, Bedrock Evaluations.
  • Experiencia en gobierno de la IA, AI Act o entornos regulados.
  • Contribuciones open source o proyectos públicos con agentes.
