Équipier d’étage (F/H) – CDI

Rattaché(e) au service Housekeeping, vous jouez un rôle clé dans le bon fonctionnement des étages en assurant le soutien opérationnel des femmes/valets de chambre et en garantissant la fluidité du service.

Vos missions principales

Support opérationnel

  • Assurer l’approvisionnement des offices et des chariots en linge, produits d’accueil et consommables
  • Participer au débarrassage du linge sale et à la distribution du linge propre
  • Aider à la remise en état des chambres si nécessaire

Propreté & entretien

  • Veiller à la propreté des offices, couloirs, ascenseurs et espaces réservés au service
  • Nettoyer et entretenir le matériel de travail et les locaux du service Housekeeping
  • Respecter les procédures d’utilisation des produits et du matériel

Organisation & coordination

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les femmes/valets de chambre et la gouvernante
  • Signaler toute anomalie, dysfonctionnement ou besoin de réassort
  • Contribuer à la bonne organisation et au respect des délais de remise des chambres

Hygiène & sécurité

  • Appliquer strictement les règles d’hygiène, de sécurité et les procédures internes
  • Respecter les normes en vigueur et les standards qualité LOISIUM

Profil recherché

Expérience & formation

  • Une première expérience en hôtellerie ou en entretien est appréciée
  • Une expérience en hôtellerie haut de gamme ou 4/5⭐️ est un plus

  • Rigueur, organisation et dynamisme
  • Discrétion et respect de la confidentialité
