Job description

About Longbridge Cafe Longbridge Cafe is the flagship offline brand space of Longbridge Group, bringing a unique dual-concept experience to life: a cafe by day and a bar by night. By naming our signature drinks after stock tickers and pairing real-time market data displays with high-concept spatial design, we turn investing into an immersive, everyday lifestyle. With successful flagships already thriving in Hong Kong and Singapore, we are actively expanding our global footprint.

About the Role Bring together our four core in-store pillars (Display, Sound, Light, and Ordering) with the Longbridge App to build an end-to-end "phygital" experience and lead its rollout globally.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Signage & Content Architecture

  • Establish the content strategy and functional framework for in-store digital signage, encompassing real-time market data feeds, trending stock tickers, signature drink-to-ticker integrations, community highlights, and automated day-to-night (cafe/bar) mode transitions.
  • Cross-functionally partner with Brand Marketing, Content, and Engineering teams to build automated CMS publishing workflows and scheduling engines, ensuring regulatory compliance, data accuracy, and maximum uptime.

Omnichannel Commerce & POS Integration

  • Own the end-to-end mobile order-and-pay user journey within the Longbridge App, covering location services, digital menu browsing, payment gateway integration, and real-time order status notifications.
  • Lead integration efforts between in-store POS hardware and the Longbridge digital ecosystem to enable friction-free member recognition, automated loyalty rewards redemption, and two-way transaction data synchronization.
  • Architect high-conversion O2O (Offline-to-Online) touchpoints, including QR-based user acquisition, in-store check-ins, brokerage account opening incentives, and event registration flows.

Spatial Technology & Environmental AV Automation

  • Develop automated control logic for synchronized lighting, acoustic soundscapes, and digital display scenes triggered by store trading hours, real-time market volatility (market open/close, sudden market moves), and live events.
  • Collaborate with Spatial Design and Store Development teams during pre-construction phases to incorporate AV infrastructure, intelligent lighting controls, network architecture, and technical interface specs into architectural blueprints and RFPs.
  • Direct vendor lifecycle management across commercial displays, smart lighting, pro-audio systems, POS terminals, and central IoT controllers—overseeing procurement, systems integration, and site acceptance testing (SAT).

Process Standardization & Continuous Improvement

  • Codify scalable store opening playbooks and standardized deployment kits—including digital signage templates, ambient scene presets, ordering flows, and hardware Bill of Materials (BOM)—for seamless multi-site replication.
  • Track digital ordering penetration, in-store digital conversion funnels, and customer feedback loops to systematically optimize the end-to-end guest experience.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager (PM) or User Experience (UX) Designer, with a background in O2O platforms, smart retail, digital F&B ordering, or membership loyalty systems.
  • Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of ordering systems, POS architecture, payment integrations, and CRM/loyalty APIs, with a proven ability to align requirements with dev teams and external hardware/software vendors.
  • Product Execution: Strong track record of drafting clear PRDs, user flows, and wireframes, driving cross-functional projects to launch on schedule.
  • On-Site Testing: Detail-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to conducting extensive field testing inside physical store environments.
  • Language Skills: Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin to manage regional cross-functional teams effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience designing digital experiences for physical spaces (interactive installations, digital signage content systems, ambient sound/lighting automation).
  • Prior experience developing mobile ordering mini-programs or native apps for F&B or coffee brands.
  • Familiarity with fintech platforms, real-time stock market data feeds, or financial content compliance standards.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
