Job description

About Longbridge Cafe Longbridge Cafe is the flagship offline brand space of Longbridge Group, bringing a unique dual-concept experience to life: a cafe by day and a bar by night. By naming our signature drinks after stock tickers and pairing real-time market data displays with high-concept spatial design, we turn investing into an immersive, everyday lifestyle. With successful flagships already thriving in Hong Kong and Singapore, we are actively expanding our global footprint.

About the Role Your job is to align these moving parts—ensuring every store project's schedule, risks, and decision points are transparent, trackable, and accountable at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Master Planning & Schedule Management

  • Establish and own the end-to-end master project plan for each new store—from lease signing, design, construction, permitting, and operational readiness through to grand opening.
  • Define critical paths, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies across concurrent multi-city store buildouts using a centralized project dashboard.
  • Proactively identify schedule bottlenecks, track lead times, and drive contingency plans with responsible stakeholders before delays occur.

Cross-Functional Governance & Alignment

  • Drive recurring cross-functional syncs across external trade partners, offline retail operations, and digital product/growth teams to align all stakeholders around unified launch milestones.
  • Orchestrate critical omnichannel (O2O) deployment tracks—including launch campaigns, app-to-store benefit redemption flows, digital signage content schedules, marketing collateral, and regulatory compliance sign-offs.
  • Enforce action-item tracking, decision logs, and SLA management to ensure clear ownership, accountability, and strict deadline adherence across all parallel workstreams.

Executive Reporting, Decision Support & Knowledge Management

  • Generate executive-level weekly project reports highlighting progress, risks, budget status, and key decisions required.
  • Structure escalation packages for critical roadblocks (context, trade-offs, recommendations) to enable swift leadership decision-making.
  • Lead post-opening reviews for each store launch to optimize store opening playbooks, standard timeline templates, and risk mitigation registries.
  • Maintain central project repositories for contracts, architectural drawings, licenses, and meeting minutes for audit readiness and quick retrieval.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in retail expansion, F&B, commercial space development, or consumer brand rollouts.
  • Multi-Project & Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of managing concurrent multi-site projects and cross-functional vendor teams without direct reporting authority.
  • Structured Thinking: Strong analytical and structural skills—able to simplify complex workflows into clear deliverables, roadmaps, and execution steps.
  • Tools & Systems: High proficiency in project management software (e.g., Feishu/Lark, Notion, Jira, MS Project, Gantt tools, Advanced Excel).
  • Execution & Ownership: Exceptional attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a high level of comfort holding stakeholders accountable under tight schedules.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in professional English and Mandarin to interface with global stakeholders and local teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • End-to-end project management experience taking physical retail/F&B stores from site selection through to grand opening.
  • Experience as a PMO within Internet, Tech, or Fintech companies, with a strong grasp of how online tech/growth teams collaborate with offline operations.
  • Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum).

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
