CONTEXTE

LOOK Cycle poursuit sa transformation digitale et renforce la maîtrise de ses données. Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire Data Engineer pour rejoindre l'équipe Digital & IT.

Vous prendrez part à un projet stratégique : la migration des flux et rapports de données existants (et la création de nouveaux) vers la nouvelle plateforme data du groupe. Vous interviendrez sur l'ensemble de la chaîne de traitement, depuis l'ingestion des données jusqu'à leur restitution dans l'outil de dataviz, au service des besoins métiers.

VOS MISSIONS

  • Étudier les rapports et tableaux de bord existants pour en saisir la logique, les sources et les usages
  • Intervenir sur la plateforme data pour adapter les sources de données
  • Concevoir, développer et maintenir des pipelines de données en Python, SQL, et via des interactions avec des API
  • Participer à la consolidation des données issues des différentes entités du groupe, en veillant à leur cohérence et leur homogénéité
  • Détecter et corriger les écarts, doublons et incohérences entre sources
  • Échanger directement avec les utilisateurs finaux des différents services pour recueillir leurs besoins et les accompagner dans la mise en place de leurs reportings
  • Concevoir et développer de nouveaux reportings répondant aux besoins des équipes métiers

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Formation Bac +5, école d'ingénieur ou université, avec une spécialisation en Data Engineering, Data Management ou Business Intelligence.

Compétences techniques

Solides bases en manipulation de données, aisance avec SQL (jointures, agrégations, CTE)

Maîtrise de DBT Core : connaissance de l'arborescence, expérience sur un projet personnel ou universitaire, compréhension des couches de données (raw, staging, core, mart) et de la mise en place de tests

Connaissances en entrepôts de données cloud (Snowflake ou équivalent), PostgreSQL serait également un plus.

Familiarité avec Power BI, l'outil de reporting utilisé au sein du groupe

Pratique de Git en équipe (branches, rebase, pull request) et sensibilité aux workflows CI/CD dans un contexte data (lint, tests dbt, etc.)

Bonne compréhension des concepts de modèles de données (étoile, flocon)

Esprit analytique, sens du détail, force de proposition

Bon relationnel, aisance dans les échanges avec des interlocuteurs non techniques

Autonomie sur les sujets maîtrisés, aisance dans le travail en équipe
