La sede italiana coordina le attività commerciali e marketing sul territorio, collaborando con i principali rivenditori e partner sportivi. LOOK Cycle ricerca un/una Territory Sales Manager per il Nord Ovest (Piemonte, Liguria, Lombardia, Valle D’Aosta) e Triveneto da inserire nel proprio dipartimento commerciale, con l’obiettivo di rafforzare la presenza del brand sul territorio, sviluppare il business dei clienti esistenti e acquisire nuovi punti vendita strategici. La risorsa sarà responsabile della crescita commerciale dell’area assegnata, lavorando in autonomia sul territorio, coordinandosi con i partner già attivi e con i diversi dipartimenti interni.

Principali responsabilità

  • Gestire e sviluppare il portafoglio clienti dell’area, costruendo relazioni solide e durature con i dealer;
  • Identificare e acquisire nuovi punti vendita, in linea con il posizionamento e la strategia distributiva di LOOK;
  • Sviluppare fatturato e presenza del brand sul territorio, individuando nuove opportunità di business;
  • Supportare i dealer nello sviluppo del business, nella conoscenza del prodotto e nelle attività necessarie a favorire il sell-out sviluppando partnership di lungo periodo;
  • Monitorare performance, ordini, pipeline e forecast attraverso una reportistica periodica;
  • Raccogliere e condividere informazioni su mercato, competitor, pricing e trend del territorio;
  • Collaborare con Marketing, Customer Service e gli altri dipartimenti interni per garantire un servizio efficace al cliente;
  • Partecipare a fiere, eventi, dealer meeting.

Profilo ricercato Cerchiamo una persona con forte orientamento al business e ai risultati, proattiva, autonoma e capace di trasformare le opportunità commerciali in risultati concreti.

  • Esperienza nella gestione e nello sviluppo di clienti B2B nel settore cycling;
  • Conoscenza del mercato bike;
  • Capacità di sviluppare nuovi clienti e creare relazioni commerciali di lungo periodo;
  • Ottime capacità relazionali, commerciali e di negoziazione;
  • Capacità di analizzare performance commerciali e lavorare per obiettivi;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. La conoscenza della lingua francese sarà considerata un valore aggiunto;
  • Passione e conoscenza del mondo cycling;
  • Disponibilità a spostarsi sul territorio.
