  • Du bist Sparringspartner:in für unsere exklusiven Social Media Creator:innen und bist stetig im Austausch mit ihnen.
  • Du verhandelst und organisierst eigenständig die Werbekooperationen der Creator:innen und bist in diesem Rahmen verantwortlich für ihre Auslastung.
  • Du suchst aktiv nach passenden Kooperationspartner:innen und bringst so deine kreativen Ideen für innovative Konzepte ein.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass die Creator:innen laufend plattformgerechten Content auf ihren Social Media Accounts veröffentlichen.
  • Du agierst und kommunizierst verhandlungsstark und empathisch mit den Creator:innen sowie den Kund:innen.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast idealerweise ein Studium im Bereich Medienmanagement oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit dem Schwerpunkt Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung abgeschlossen.
  • Deine Kommunikationsfähigkeit ist ausgezeichnet und du kannst sowohl empathisch als auch meinungsstark auftreten.
  • Du bist motiviert, deine eigenen Ideen einzubringen und diese bis zur Verwirklichung zu verfolgen.
  • Du bist sehr zuverlässig & flexibel und kannst so auf verschiedenste Situationen gut reagieren.
  • Du hast ein großes Interesse an Social Media & Influencer Marketing oder bringst hier sogar schon erste Erfahrungen mit.
  • Du kannst gut mit PowerPoint & Excel umgehen.
  • Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in vertrieblicher Verhandlung.
