  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Identifikation und Ansprache von potenziellen Kund:innen.
  • Du entwickelst innovative Vertriebsstrategien für unsere Videoproduktionsdienstleistungen und setzt diese um.
  • Du schaffst Win-Win-Situationen in Verkaufsverhandlungen.
  • Du entwickelst in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Kreativteam verschiedene Contentideen und bist verantwortlich für die Erfolgsmessung von Social-Media-Projekten zur Optimierung unserer Vertriebsstrategien.
  • Du beobachtest aktuelle Trends im Bereich Videoproduktion und passt unsere Angebote dementsprechend an.
  • Du erstellst überzeugende Verkaufspräsentationen und Angebote.
  • Du erprobst neue und kreative Ansätze im Vertrieb.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast bereits ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Medien, Marketing oder Vertrieb.
  • Du verfügst über umfassende Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise innerhalb der Videoproduktion.
  • Du verstehst die technischen und kreativen Aspekte der Videoproduktion.
  • Du kannst effektiv mit deinen Teammitgliedern kommunizieren und weist starke Führungsfähigkeiten auf.
  • Du bringst bereits Erfahrungen im Budgetmanagement sowie im Controlling mit.
  • Du besitzt Kenntnisse im Risikomanagement und in der Problemlösung.
  • Du bringst viel Flexibilität und Selbstständigkeit mit und kannst auch kurzfristig auf Anfragen reagieren.
  • Du kannst gut mit CRM-Software und Vertriebstools umgehen.
  • Du hast eine starke Leidenschaft für die Videoproduktion und ein tiefes Verständnis für die Branche.
