Deine Mission

  • Du verantwortest die laufende Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung.
  • Du prüfst und verbuchst Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen.
  • Du führst den Zahlungsverkehr durch, prüfst fällige Rechnungen und überwachst die Zahlungseingänge.
  • Du stimmst Konten ab und klärst offene Posten sowie buchhalterische Differenzen.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen.
  • Du stellst die Genauigkeit und Vollständigkeit unserer Finanzdaten sicher und entwickelst interne Kontrollprozesse weiter.
  • Du wirkst an der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung unserer Buchhaltung mit.
  • Du optimierst gemeinsam mit dem Team bestehende Abläufe und Prozesse im Finanzbereich.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Fachabteilungen sowie externen Ansprechpartner:innen zusammen.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Steuerfachangestellte:r, Buchhalter:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Zahlungsverkehr sowie im Mahnwesen und in der Überwachung von Zahlungsein- und -ausgängen.
  • Du arbeitest sorgfältig, strukturiert und mit einem hohen Verantwortungsbewusstsein für die Datenqualität.
  • Du bringst idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen im Umgang mit dem Buchungssystem DATEV mit,
  • Du interessierst Dich für die Digitalisierung von Finanzprozessen und bringst eigene Ideen zur Automatisierung ein.
  • Du denkst prozessorientiert und hast Freude daran, bestehende Abläufe gemeinsam mit dem Team weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du kommunizierst klar und verbindlich – sowohl im Team als auch mit externen Ansprechpartner:innen wie Steuerberater:innen oder Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen.
