Role Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate hiring activities with internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in client weekly touchpoint meetings
  • Continuous monitoring of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and all application sites ensuring accuracy
  • Completing applicant resume screening
  • Completion of initial phone screens ensuring thorough candidate vetting
  • Scheduling and coordination of interviews with clients, and supporting coordinating calendars for all hiring teams and candidates
  • Accurate data entry for industrial recruiting software
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues where necessary (e.g. interview cancellations or re-booking requests)
  • Coordination of reference checks
  • Maintains quality service by following the organization's vision, mission and values

Role Requirements:

  • Completed or working towards a diploma, degree or certificate in Human Resources and/or related program
  • Previous experience in recruiting, screening or other related role is considered an asset
  • Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding) is considered an asset
  • Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting
  • Experienced in using Google Suites and/or related software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Outstanding communication skills and problem solving ability
  • Ability to work in a remote work environment
