Description du poste

En tant qu’adjoint de direction, vous êtes le bras droit du directeur d’hôtel et vous contribuer à mener les équipes vers le succès. Si vous l’acceptez, vos missions principales seront les suivantes :

Management :

  • Superviser et animer les équipes en veillant à la bonne exécution des tâches et à l'application de la réglementation.

Commercialisation & relation client :

  • Assurer le suivi & animer le plan d'actions commerciales de l'hôtel.
  • Garantir la satisfaction des clients.

Exploitation :

  • Assurer l'organisation & participer à la bonne exécution des offres et services déployés au sein de l'hôtel (restauration, séminaire, réception & étages …).
  • Assurer la sécurité des personnes et des locaux ainsi que l’hygiène conformément aux procédures en vigueur et des standards de la Marque.

Gestion administrative et financière :

  • Contribuer au développement, au suivi et à l’analyse des résultats d'exploitation et des indicateurs de performance.
  • Assurer le suivi des commandes, la comptabilité journalière, les inventaires et la gestion des stocks.

  • Capacité à animer les équipes
  • Capacité d'adaptation, d’organisation et de rigueur
  • Sens du service
  • Aisance en anglais et avec les outils informatiques
  • Connaissances approfondies des techniques de gestion hôtelière (revenue management, F&B…)
