Golden Tulip**** & Kyriad*** Lyon ouest Techlid, un complexe hôtelier d'exception, attend son futur talent pour veiller au respect des procédures comptables.

Avec ses 179 chambres, son spa de 1500 m², ses salles de séminaire et plusieurs espaces de restauration, nous recherchons notre Agent de gestion comptable et de suivi des encaissements.

Job Description

Assurer la gestion et le suivi des opérations d’encaissement, le contrôle des mouvements financiers ainsi que la réalisation des opérations courantes de comptabilité, dans le respect des procédures internes et des règles comptables en vigueur.

A. Gestion et suivi des encaissements

  • Assurer le suivi quotidien des encaissements.
  • Contrôler la conformité des règlements reçus et leur enregistrement.
  • Vérifier la concordance entre les encaissements, les justificatifs et les données comptables.
  • Identifier et signaler les écarts constatés.

B. Gestion des remises d’espèces

  • Assurer le suivi des remises d’espèces.
  • Contrôler les montants remis et vérifier les justificatifs correspondants.
  • Veiller à la bonne transmission des fonds selon les procédures internes.
  • Assurer le suivi des dépôts et le rapprochement avec les enregistrements comptables.

C. Suivi des annulations, des notes ouvertes et des débiteurs

  • Contrôler et suivre les annulations d’opérations.
  • Assurer le suivi des notes ouvertes et vérifier leur régularisation.
  • Identifier les opérations en attente de clôture ou de justification.
  • Assurer le suivi des comptes débiteurs et des sommes restant dues.
  • Signaler les anomalies et contribuer à la régularisation des situations en suspens.

D. Suivi comptable des fournisseurs et contrôle des rémunérations

  • Assurer le suivi des grands livres fournisseurs.
  • Contrôler la cohérence des soldes fournisseurs et identifier les éventuels écarts.
  • Participer au contrôle des rémunérations et vérifier la concordance des montants avec les états et justificatifs disponibles.
  • Préparer et contrôler les états de rapprochement bancaire.
  • Analyser les écarts bancaires et comptables et assurer leur suivi jusqu’à leur régularisation.

E. Saisie des factures comptables

  • Assurer la saisie des factures fournisseurs et des autres pièces comptables relevant du poste.
  • Vérifier la conformité des factures et la présence des pièces justificatives nécessaires.
  • Contrôler l’exactitude des montants, des dates et des imputations comptables.
  • Veiller au respect des délais de saisie et de traitement.
  • Assurer le classement et l’archivage des documents comptables.
