Description du poste

Chez nous, les directeurs sont de véritables entrepreneurs de terrain. Ils pilotent la performance économique de leur hôtel, développent leurs équipes et contribuent chaque jour à offrir une expérience client de qualité.

A ce titre, vos missions principales seront les suivantes :

  • Développer l'activité commerciale de votre établissement et fidéliser votre clientèle.
  • Garantir l'atteinte des objectifs de chiffre d'affaires, de rentabilité et de satisfaction client.
  • Manager, accompagner et faire grandir vos équipes.
  • Veiller à la bonne application des standards de la marque et des procédures du Groupe.
  • Piloter les indicateurs de performance et définir les plans d'action adaptés.
  • Représenter votre établissement et développer son ancrage dans son environnement local.
  • Contribuer aux engagements RSE et aux démarches d'amélioration continue.

Qualifications

  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie en management hôtelier, si possible en tant que Directeur(trice) d'Hôtel ou sur une fonction similaire, et souhaitez prendre part au développement d'un établissement à fort potentiel.
  • Orienté(e) résultats, vous combinez sens du commerce, exigence de qualité et goût du terrain. Vous aimez développer votre activité, représenter votre établissement auprès des acteurs locaux lyonnais et créer des opportunités de business.
  • Manager de proximité, vous savez fédérer et accompagner vos équipes tout en maintenant un haut niveau de satisfaction client.
