Description du poste

Au sein de la fonction Back Office, l'équipe Order-to-Cash (OTC) joue un rôle clé dans la sécurisation et la fiabilité des opérations liées au chiffre d'affaires et aux flux de trésorerie. Elle garantit la bonne comptabilisation, le suivi et le rapprochement des transactions clients, tout en contribuant à l'exactitude de la reconnaissance du revenu et des rapprochements intercompagnies.

En tant que Comptable Clients / Analyste OTC Senior, vous assurez le suivi quotidien des activités de comptabilité clients et participez à la qualité des processus gérés en collaboration avec notre prestataire externe (BPO). Vous contribuez à la bonne exécution des opérations dans le respect des indicateurs de performance définis.

Vos principales missions :

  • Assurer le suivi des encaissements clients et leur correcte affectation dans les systèmes comptables.
  • Réaliser les opérations de rapprochement entre paiements reçus et factures ouvertes.
  • Effectuer les relances clients et assurer le suivi des créances afin de contribuer à la réduction des retards de paiement.
  • Garantir la mise à jour et la fiabilité des comptes clients.
  • Contrôler la qualité des opérations réalisées par le BPO sur les activités de facturation, recouvrement et affectation des paiements.
  • Identifier et signaler les anomalies telles que les écarts de trésorerie, les imputations incorrectes ou les éléments non rapprochés.
  • Participer au suivi des flux de trésorerie entrants et à la gestion des comptes clients.
  • Contribuer au suivi des indicateurs de performance (KPIs) et à l'amélioration continue des processus OTC.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Finance, Trésorerie, Commerce et les autres parties prenantes pour résoudre les problématiques opérationnelles.

Qualifications

  • Formation supérieure en Comptabilité, Finance, Gestion ou domaine équivalent.
  • Expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans un environnement Comptabilité Clients (Accounts Receivable), Order-to-Cash (OTC) ou Finance Opérationnelle.
  • Première expérience du suivi des encaissements, du recouvrement ou du rapprochement comptable appréciée.
  • Bonne compréhension des processus de comptabilité clients et de gestion des encaissements.
  • Capacité à analyser et résoudre les écarts et anomalies.
  • Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et souci du détail.
  • Bon relationnel et capacité à travailler avec des interlocuteurs variés.
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques, notamment Excel.
  • La connaissance d'un ERP (SAP, Oracle ou équivalent) constitue un atout.
  • Anglais professionnel niveau débutant à intermédiaire (A2-B1), notamment pour échanger dans un environnement international.
