Description du poste

En tant que réceptionniste H/F/X EN CDI 39H, vous veillez à ce que le séjour de nos clients se déroule sans fausse note. Si vous l’acceptez, vos missions principales seront les suivantes :

Réception :

  • Accueillir et renseigner les clients sur les modalités de séjour et les services proposés selon les standards de la marque.
  • Traiter les appels téléphoniques et assurer la gestion administrative de la réception.
  • Saisir et contrôler les opérations relatives au séjour des clients : facturation, encaissement, check-in/check-out.
  • Contrôler et clôturer la caisse en fin de service.

Commercialisation et relation client :

  • Contribuer à la satisfaction client et participer à la commercialisation des différents services de l'établissement en appliquant la stratégie tarifaire.
  • Gérer les conflits clients en alertant sa direction en cas de situation complexe.
