Description du poste

Rattaché(e) au Senior Manager Billing & Cash Collection, vous assurez en autonomie la gestion de la facturation du siège et contribuez au suivi de la comptabilité clients.

Votre priorité : garantir une facturation fiable, exhaustive et réalisée dans les délais, tout en veillant à la bonne comptabilisation du chiffre d’affaires et à la fiabilité des données financières.

👉 Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

Assurer la gestion de la facturation

  • Analyser les contrats de prestations réalisées depuis le siège et identifier les conditions financières applicables.
  • Collecter et contrôler les données nécessaires à la facturation auprès des équipes opérationnelles.
  • Assurer le paramétrage des contrats, des clients et la gestion du logiciel de facturation FHE, en lien avec les équipes IT.
  • Émettre les factures, assurer leur suivi et gérer les éventuelles anomalies et litiges.
  • Sécuriser et optimiser le processus de facturation en proposant des améliorations des outils et procédures.

Contribuer au suivi comptable du chiffre d’affaires

  • Participer aux clôtures comptables périodiques et aux écritures relatives au chiffre d’affaires facturé et provisionné.
  • Réaliser les contrôles nécessaires à la fiabilité de la comptabilité clients et du cycle ventes.
  • Fournir aux équipes internes & auditeurs les analyses relatives au chiffre d’affaires ou autres données de facturation.

Vous pourrez également contribuer aux projets de transformation de la fonction Finance du Groupe, notamment à l’évolution des outils et des processus.

Qualifications

👉 Profil recherché :

De formation Bac+2 minimum en comptabilité ou gestion, vous justifiez d’au moins 3 ans d’expérience en facturation, comptabilité clients ou gestion administrative et financière.

Vous maîtrisez les mécanismes de facturation et disposez de bonnes bases en comptabilité clients, nécessaires à la compréhension des opérations et à la participation aux clôtures comptables.

Rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et autonome, vous savez gérer les priorités, analyser les écarts et interagir efficacement avec des interlocuteurs variés. Votre esprit d’équipe et votre sens de l’initiative vous permettent de contribuer à l’amélioration des processus.

La maîtrise d’Excel est indispensable. La connaissance du secteur hôtelier et/ou de l’ERP Oracle constitue un plus.
