Description du poste

En tant que veilleur de nuit, vous veillez à ce que nos clients puissent dormir sur leurs deux oreilles. Si vous l’acceptez, vos missions principales seront les suivantes :

Réception :

  • Accueillir les clients à leur arrivée et effectuer les tâches liées à l’activité réception.

Sécurité :

  • Assurer la sécurité des personnes et des locaux conformément aux procédures en vigueur.
  • Effectuer plusieurs rondes et s’assurer de la fermeture de tous les accès extérieurs de l’hôtel.
  • Intervenir en cas de problèmes techniques ou de sécurité.

Exploitation :

  • Contribuer à assurer une qualité de service en matière d’accueil, de sécurité, de rangement, de mise en place et propreté de l’hôtel afin de garantir la satisfaction client.
  • Préparer, mettre en place et servir le petit déjeuner
