A Loy Legal está buscando uma pessoa para fortalecer sua área de Infraestrutura de TI. Nesta posição, você atuará com Linux, manutenção de computadores, hardware, redes, cabeamento estruturado, monitoramento de ativos, servidores e Data Center.

Esta é uma oportunidade para quem já possui experiência prática com suporte ou infraestrutura de TI e deseja continuar desenvolvendo seus conhecimentos em um ambiente de tecnologia, automação e melhoria contínua.

SUA MISSÃO

Contribuir para a disponibilidade, estabilidade e organização da infraestrutura de TI da Loy, cuidando dos equipamentos e ativos tecnológicos que sustentam nossa operação e nossos ambientes de processamento.

PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES

• Realizar manutenção preventiva e corretiva em computadores e máquinas de processamento;

• Diagnosticar problemas de hardware, incluindo memória RAM, CPU, discos e outros componentes;

• Investigar e solucionar falhas técnicas — troubleshooting;

• Apoiar a sustentação e manutenção de ambientes Linux;

• Instalar, testar e organizar cabeamento estruturado;

• Apoiar as rotinas de redes de computadores e conectividade;

• Manter organizados servidores, cabos, equipamentos e demais componentes do Data Center;

• Monitorar ativos de infraestrutura, identificando e reportando possíveis anomalias;

• Registrar, acompanhar e solucionar chamados internos de TI;

• Atualizar o inventário de equipamentos e ativos tecnológicos;

• Elaborar e manter atualizada a documentação técnica;

• Contribuir com melhorias nos processos e nas rotinas da infraestrutura.

REQUISITOS

• Experiência prática com manutenção de computadores e diagnóstico de hardware;

• Conhecimento em Linux;

• Conhecimentos básicos em redes de computadores e conectividade;

• Capacidade de investigar e solucionar problemas técnicos;

• Experiência anterior em infraestrutura de TI, suporte técnico, manutenção de equipamentos ou atividades relacionadas;

• Formação técnica ou superior, concluída ou em andamento, em Tecnologia da Informação, Redes de Computadores, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas;

• Disponibilidade para trabalhar presencialmente em Chapecó/SC.

SERÁ UM DIFERENCIAL TER CONHECIMENTO EM:

• MikroTik ou certificação MTCNA;

• Linux ou certificação LPI-1;

• Proxmox ou outros ambientes de virtualização;

• Ansible e automação de rotinas;

• FortiGate, Cisco ou Arista;

• Linguagens de programação ou criação de scripts;

• Ferramentas de monitoramento de infraestrutura.

Não é necessário dominar todos esses conhecimentos para se candidatar. Eles serão considerados diferenciais.
