Som Content Creator hos Lukasshop i Stockholm får du en kreativ och affärsnära roll där du producerar innehåll som stärker varumärket, engagerar målgruppen och driver trafik och försäljning. Du arbetar främst med sociala medier och skapar content som känns relevant, konsekvent och i linje med vår tonalitet – från idé till publicering och uppföljning. ## Dina arbetsuppgifter

  • Planera, skapa och publicera innehåll för våra sociala medier (t.ex. Reels/TikTok, stories, inlägg och enklare kampanjmaterial)
  • Ta fram contentidéer och format utifrån trender, säsong, produktlanseringar och kampanjer
  • Producera foto- och videomaterial: filma, fota, redigera och anpassa för respektive kanal
  • Skriva korta, tydliga och varumärkesanpassade texter (captions, hooks, CTA:er) på svenska
  • Säkerställa en enhetlig visuell stil och tonalitet i våra kanaler
  • Arbeta med community management: svara på kommentarer/DMs och bidra till högre engagemang
  • Följa upp resultat (räckvidd, engagemang, klick, tillväxt) och optimera innehåll baserat på insikter
  • Samarbeta med teamet kring kampanjer och innehåll som även kan användas på webb och i nyhetsbrev vid behov

Vi söker dig som

  • Har 2–4 års erfarenhet av att skapa innehåll för sociala medier, gärna för varumärke/e-handel
  • Har god förståelse för vad som fungerar i olika kanaler och kan anpassa format, tempo och budskap
  • Är självgående och strukturerad – du kan driva en idé från brief till publicerat innehåll
  • Har känsla för bild, video och copy samt kan skapa content som både engagerar och konverterar
  • Trivs med att testa nytt, jobba iterativt och förbättra utifrån data och feedback
  • Kommunicerar väl på svenska i både tal och skrift

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av betalt social (t.ex. att skapa annonsanpassade creatives) och/eller samarbete med influencers/UGC
  • Vana av enklare analys och rapportering i plattformarnas insiktsverktyg
  • Grundläggande kunskap inom e-handel, kampanjplanering eller content för webb/nyhetsbrev
  • Erfarenhet av verktyg för redigering och design (t.ex. CapCut, Adobe, Canva eller liknande)
