Som Ekonomiansvarig hos Lukasshop i Stockholm får du en affärsnära nyckelroll med helhetsansvar för ekonomifunktionen. Du säkerställer att vår redovisning och rapportering håller hög kvalitet, skapar struktur i ekonomiprocesserna och bidrar med analys och beslutsunderlag som hjälper verksamheten att växa. Rollen passar dig som trivs med både operativt arbete och att utveckla rutiner, system och arbetssätt i en snabbfotad miljö.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

  • Ansvara för löpande bokföring, periodiseringar och avstämningar
  • Månads- och årsbokslut samt kvalitetssäkring av redovisningen
  • Upprätta och utveckla månadsrapportering med relevanta nyckeltal och analyser
  • Budget- och prognosarbete i nära samarbete med ledning och verksamhet
  • Ansvara för kund- och leverantörsreskontra, påminnelser och betalningar
  • Hantering av moms, arbetsgivardeklarationer och övriga skattedeklarationer
  • Kontakt med revisor, bank, myndigheter och externa redovisnings-/lönepartners vid behov
  • Stötta verksamheten med ekonomiska underlag, kalkyler och lönsamhetsanalyser
  • Förbättra och dokumentera ekonomiprocesser, interna kontroller och rutiner

Vi söker dig som

  • Har 4–6 års erfarenhet i en roll som ekonomiansvarig eller liknande med brett redovisningsansvar
  • Har god kunskap inom redovisning, bokslut och svensk skatte-/momsregelverk
  • Är strukturerad, noggrann och tar fullt ägarskap för leveranser och deadlines
  • Är självgående och trivs med att bygga ordning, rutiner och tydlighet
  • Har god analytisk förmåga och kan omsätta siffror till insikter och rekommendationer
  • Kommunicerar tydligt på svenska i tal och skrift

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet från e-handel, retail eller snabbväxande bolag
  • Vana av att arbeta med BI/rapportverktyg och att automatisera rapportering
  • Erfarenhet av lagerredovisning och marginal-/lönsamhetsuppföljning
  • Erfarenhet av att driva systembyten eller förbättringsprojekt inom ekonomi
