Som Praktikant hos Lukasshop i Stockholm får du en praktisk och lärorik roll där du stöttar teamet i vår e-handel och digitala marknadsföring. Du får arbeta nära vardagen i en växande verksamhet och bidra till att förbättra kundupplevelsen, öka synligheten och driva försäljning online.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

  • Stötta det dagliga arbetet i e-handeln: produktupplägg, kategorisering, texter och enklare bild-/innehållshantering
  • Arbeta med kampanjer och innehåll i digitala kanaler (t.ex. nyhetsbrev, sociala medier och webb)
  • Bidra till SEO-grundarbete: metadata, sökordsanpassning och förbättring av landningssidor
  • Följa upp och rapportera enklare nyckeltal (trafik, konvertering, kampanjresultat) och föreslå förbättringar
  • Stötta kundnära flöden vid behov, t.ex. frågor kopplade till order, leverans och produktinformation

Vi söker dig som

  • vill bygga praktisk kompetens inom e-handel och digital marknadsföring
  • Har god digital vana och gillar att arbeta strukturerat med detaljer
  • Är nyfiken, självgående och trivs med att testa, mäta och förbättra
  • Kommunicerar väl på svenska och kan uttrycka dig tydligt i text

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av e-handelsplattformar eller CMS (oavsett vilken)
  • Grundläggande kunskap i Google Analytics/liknande analysverktyg
  • Vana av att skapa innehåll för sociala medier eller nyhetsbrev
  • Intresse för SEO/SEM och konverteringsoptimering
