STILLINGEN Som daglig leder har du ansvaret for Djurs Rengøring og er ansigtet udadtil. Vi har brug for dig, der med klare visioner og ambitioner har lyst til at drive virksomheden og sikre en solid vækst. Potentialet er stort, og vi forventer at få nye aftaler, der sikrer en væsentlig forøgelse af medarbejderstaben. Du forventes at være en stor drivkraft i at sikre nye aftaler, ligesom du styrer vores medarbejderes hverdag. Vi lægger meget stor vægt på, at vores kunder kan stole på de aftaler, de indgår med os. Kvalitet i såvel rengøringen som i overholdelse af aftaler i forhold til tid, sted og pris er afgørende for os. Vi indgår i Davai koncernen, hvor vi håndterer rengøringen i omkring 100 værelser og lejligheder, der stilles til rådighed for koncernens medarbejdere i Grenå, Hvide Sande, Odense og Rødby. Du skal derfor være indstillet på 1 ugentligt besøg i Hvide Sande og lejlighedsvise besøg i Rødby og Odense. Herudover har vi en række faste erhvervskunder på Djursland. Opdager du defekter i inventaret i vores egne boliger, forventer vi, at du søger for at bringe det i orden ved enten selv at lave reparationen eller tilkalde de nødvendige håndværkere. Du fører tilsyn, laver vagtplaner, håndterer kundehenvendelser og har øjnene åbne for nye kundemuligheder.

DIN BAGGRUND Du har erfaring med rengøring, og har formentligt prøvet kræfter med ledelsesrollen med tilsyn og styring af medarbejdere. Du har en god udstråling og har ideer til salgsfremmende aktiviteter, som du også er klar til at stå i spidsen for. Du vægter ordentlighed og overholdelse af aftaler højt og forstår at motivere og coache dine medarbejdere. Du er struktureret og har overblikket over mange forskellige opgaver og arbejdspladser. Du er i stand til at kommunikere på engelsk udover dansk.
