Sælger til mandskabsudlejning og projekter

Du får en nøglerolle i at udbygge kendskabet til Davai som virksomheden, der hjælper fremstillingsvirksomheder og øvrige virksomheder med at sikre den nødvendige arbejdskraft i kortere eller længere perioder. I samarbejde med direktøren, som du referer til, udarbejder du også tilbud på komplette projekter, der kan inkludere såvel mandskab som materialer og materiel. Du besøger værfter, vindmølleindustrien og den øvrige on- og offshore industri. Virksomheder indenfor overfladebehandling og entreprenør- og byggebranchen er også dine målgrupper.

Du arbejder selvstændigt og håndterer selv mødebookning, besøg og opfølgning, ligesom du udarbejder tilbud og ordrebekræftelser. Du arbejder ud fra egen bopæl og forventes at være hos kunder 4 dage om ugen. Din bopæl er ikke afgørende, men du møder som udgangspunkt ind i Grenå 1 dag om ugen for at sikre sparring og opfølgning med dine øvrige kollegaer. Davai har mange forskellige nationaliteter ansat, hvorfor det er vigtigt, at du kan begå dig på engelsk.

Du har formentligt en håndværksmæssig baggrund og er i stand til at sætte dig ind i tekniske problemstillinger. Har du erfaring med udlejning af mandskab eller materiel er det en fordel. Du har et godt netværk i industrien, og forstår vigtigheden af altid at yde en høj service, og er i stand til hurtigt at sætte dig ind i kundens ønsker og finde en løsning. Du er nysgering og altid klar på en udfordring. Som person har du et højt drive og forstår, at godt salgsarbejde, indsats og indtjening hænger sammen. Du ser muligheder og tænker nyt i en hverdag hvor opgaverne er varierende.
