ABV-teknik er i rivende udvikling og udvider med endnu en servicekoordinator, som har et stort overblik og en struktureret tilgang til arbejdsopgaverne. Du får et spændende og selvstændigt job i vores el teknisk afdeling, hvor din primære opgave vil være tilbudsgivning og koordinering af vore serviceteknikere i hele Danmark. Du er proaktiv og trives med mange udfordringer i en hverdag, hvor to dage sjældent er ens.

Dine primære opgaver • Tilbudsgivning og ordrebehandling • Koordinering af serviceteknikere i hele Danmark • Fakturering • Dokumentationsopgaver • Ad hoc opgaver

Vi forventer • Du trives med mange bolde i luften • Du yder altid en struktureret og løsningsorienteret indsats • Du er glad og positiv og befinder dig rigtig godt med telefonisk kontakt med kunder og samarbejdspartnere

Din profil • Erfaring som koordinator vil være en stor fordel • Interesse for kundekontakt pr telefon og mail • Gerne erfaring fra service afdeling • Teknisk forståelse er en fordel • Erfaren bruger af relevante IT programmer - Word, Excel og gerne Navision

Om ABV Teknik

ABV teknik indgår i Unilite og er landsdækkende med tæt samarbejde med lokale serviceteknikere. Samlet er vi ca 70 ansatte. Vi udfører service på alle former for brandventilations- og brandsikringsanlæg. Det gælder både vores egne og andres produkter. Vores teknikere er specialister i brandsikring og har stor erfaring indenfor service af brandventilation og tilhørende installationer. Vi arbejder on-site og har mobiladgang til kundens servicehistorik og anlægsoversigt. Det giver os omgående overblik over kundens anlæg.
