岗位要求 1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网增长、用户增长或增长运营相关经验； 2. 有独立操盘业务线、产品或增长项目的完整经验，具备从0到1或从1到N增长案例； 3. 具备优秀的数据分析能力和业务理解能力，能够通过数据发现问题、拆解路径并验证增长策略； 4. 具备SEO体系化实战经验，对GEO有实际认知和落地经验，了解SEM、竞价投放等增长渠道； 5. 熟悉用户增长模型，对获客、激活、留存、转化等核心环节有系统理解； 6. 具备较强的策略思维和跨团队协同能力，能够通过产品、运营、技术等多维度协同驱动业务增长； 7. 有工具产品、内容平台、双边平台等互联网产品增长经验优先。
