Descripción General / Resumen:

Desde LUZA Group buscamos incorporar un/a Abogado/a Mercantil Senior (Proyección a Socio) para el área de Derecho Mercantil con la finalidad de liderar el asesoramiento en materia mercantil a clientes, participando activamente en el desarrollo de negocio y con un claro plan de carrera hacia la incorporación como socio/a del despacho.

Responsabilidades y Tareas:

  • Asesoramiento integral en Derecho Mercantil y societario.
  • Dirección de operaciones societarias y mercantiles complejas.
  • Redacción y negociación de contratos.
  • Coordinación de equipos y supervisión de perfiles junior.
  • Gestión directa de clientes.
  • Participación activa en desarrollo de negocio y captación.
  • Implicación en la estrategia y crecimiento del despacho.

Requisitos Obligatorios:

  • Grado en Derecho + Máster de Acceso a la Abogacía.
  • Experiencia mínima de 6-10 años en Derecho Mercantil.
  • Experiencia consolidada en despacho de abogados.
  • Valorable cartera de clientes propia.
  • Nivel alto de inglés.

Requisitos Complementarios:

  • Perfil con alta solvencia técnica
  • Orientación a cliente y visión de negocio
  • Capacidad de liderazgo
  • Interés real en desarrollar carrera a largo plazo
  • Mentalidad de socio/a
