Responsabilidades e Tarefas da Função

Estamos em busca de um(a) Cost Engineer Specialist – Body in White (BIW) para atuar em um ambiente global, contribuindo diretamente para projetos automotivos nas áreas de Body, Upper Body e Underbody.

O profissional será responsável pelo desenvolvimento e análise de custos técnicos variáveis e investimentos em ferramentais, apoiando as áreas de Engenharia, Compras e liderança dos programas de veículos ao longo das diferentes fases de desenvolvimento.

Desenvolver análises de custos com base em BOM (Bill of Materials), desenhos, amostras, especificações e características técnicas;Realizar Technical Estimation e Should Cost dos componentes;Desenvolver custos variáveis e custos de ferramentais;Apoiar projetos desde as fases iniciais de desenvolvimento até a produção seriada;Identificar e propor oportunidades de redução de custos e otimização durante os marcos dos programas;Contribuir com iniciativas de Design to Cost;Realizar benchmarking e análises comparativas de custos;Analisar cotações de fornecedores e apoiar a identificação e fechamento de gaps entre custo-alvo e cotação;Apoiar processos de negociação durante RFQs, Change Notes e milestones dos veículos;Trabalhar de forma integrada com as áreas de Engenharia, Vehicle Team e Compras;Utilizar metodologias, bancos de dados e ferramentas de Cost Engineering;Apoiar estratégias de Commodity, Purchasing e Engineering;Registrar oportunidades de redução de custos e ideias técnicas nos sistemas corporativos da Stellantis;Elaborar, documentar e apresentar resultados de análises de custos às equipes dos programas. 

Requisitos Obrigatórios

Formação superior em Engenharia, Administração, Finanças ou Matemática;Experiência profissional de 3 a 5 anos na área relacionada; ouExperiência comprovada de aproximadamente 10 anos em chão de fábrica, como técnico ou profissional especializado em estampagem de metais ou ferramentaria;Experiência relevante no desenvolvimento de custos variáveis e/ou custos de ferramentais para componentes automotivos;Conhecimento de processos de fabricação automotiva, especialmente:

  • Estampagem de chapas metálicas;
  • Processos de fabricação de Body in White (BIW)

Conhecimento do software AutoForm; Conhecimento de fatores e métodos de análise de custos;Inglês intermediário/avançado;Capacidade para atuar com múltiplos programas e diferentes análises de custos simultaneamente;Boa comunicação e habilidade para trabalhar de forma colaborativa com equipes multidisciplinares.

Requisitos Complementares

  • Graduação em Engenharia;
  • Pós-graduação/MBA na área de Negócios;
  • Conhecimento ou experiência com NX e Teamcenter;
  • Experiência com Activity-Based Costing (ABC);
  • Experiência no desenvolvimento de Cost Models / modelos de custos.
