Responsabilidades e Tarefas da Função

  • Atuar na gestão e implementação de novas máquinas de usinagem.
  • Desenvolver dispositivos de fixação de peças brutas para usinagem.
  • Desenvolver novas ferramentas de usinagem e otimizar processos correntes.
  • Realizar controle da sala de pre-set e gestão de vida útil das ferramentas.
  • Responsável pela programação de centro de usinagem (Heller, Grob, Fanuc).
  • Domínio de CAD/CAM e softwares TopSolid ou similares.
  • Desenvolver processo de lavagem de peças usinadas (normas de contaminação, dosagem/concentração de detergente, otimização dos processos de lavagem e secagem para peças usinadas).
  • Realizar estudo de lay-out e fluxo logístico para processo de usinagem.
  • Desenvolver documentação de processo para atendimento da ISO IATF 16949.
  • Conhecimento de desenho técnico e metrologia.
  • Interpretação de relatórios dimensionais e estudo de CEP.
  • Habilidade em gestão de projetos, liderança de equipe, interface com fornecedores e clientes.

Requisitos Obrigatórios

  • Formação: Superior completo em Engenharia de Produção, mecânica ou Mecatrônica.
  • Experiência: experiência como responsável pelo processo de usinagem de peças em alumínio de alta precisão para o setor automotivo.
  • Idiomas: Inglês intermediário/avançado.
  • Diferenciais: Liderança em desenvolvimento de novos processos e domínio de MS Project.

Local de trabalho Hortolândia/SP - 100% presencial.
