Especialista em calibração – sistemas de dinâmica veicular Aceitamos perfis junior mediante a atuação em projetos de extensão e inglês avançado.

Como parte da divisão de Dinâmica Veicular, o especialista em calibração de características ativas reporta-se ao gerente local de calibração. Seu papel é focar na calibração e otimização dos sistemas de controle do veículo para garantir desempenho e segurança ótimos. Isso envolve trabalhar com vários sistemas dinâmicos do veículo para ajustar parâmetros e algoritmos que gerenciam o comportamento do veículo em diferentes condições de direção.  Responsabilidades e Tarefas da Função · Calibração e validação de sistemas avançados de controle veicular, incluindo, mas não se limitando a: - ESC/VDC – Controle eletrônico de estabilidade - TCS – Controle de tração - Sistemas de prevenção de movimento veicular (AVH, HH) - Controles diferenciais ativos · Realizar testes de segurança funcional e reportar resultados · Dirigir e andar em veículos abaixo e além dos limites de aderência · O uso de INCA, MDA, CANAPE e outras ferramentas padrão da indústria para trabalhos de calibração · Capacidade de operar e navegar modelos dentro do Simulink · Instrumentação veicular e análise de dados · Conhecimento de protocolos de rede automotiva (por exemplo, CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet), diagnóstico e comunicação com ECUs veiculares · A benchmarking do veículo concorrente focou na análise dos sistemas de controle dinâmico · Solicitar e acompanhar atividades de oficina e aquisição de materiais relacionadas a veículos de teste e/ou equipamentos · Disponibilidade para viajar nacional e internacionalmente em viagens ambientais para garantir calibração e validação robustas.  Requisitos Obrigatórios · Bacharelado em Engenharia Mecânica/Automotiva ou algo semelhante · 1 ano ou mais de experiência automotiva em função semelhante · Conhecimento sobre componentes elétricos e mecânicos/eletrônicos veiculares · Conhecimento avançado em dinâmica veicular e engenharia de controle · Conhecimento básico de veículos (peças mecânicas, suspensão, motor, transmissão, etc...) · Atitude de resolução de problemas · Habilidades de gestão de projetos · Língua inglesa: Nível avançado · Habilidades comprovadas de direção em todas as condições de superfície (neve, molhado, seco, off-road) CNH definitiva  Requisitos Complementares Mestrado em Engenharia Mecânica/Automotiva/Mecatrônica Experiente em atividades práticas em veículos
