Responsabilidades y Tareas:

  • Prospectar e identificar nuevos clientes potenciales;
  • Programar reuniones y presentar soluciones de externalización de ingeniería;
  • Participar en eventos de ingeniería, ferias comerciales y conferencias para ampliar su red de contactos;
  • Desarrollar propuestas comerciales y participar en negociaciones;
  • Colaborar con el equipo técnico para comprender las capacidades y limitaciones de los servicios ofrecidos;
  • Mantener un flujo de trabajo actualizado (HubSpot CRM) e informar los resultados a la gerencia.

Requisitos Obligatorios:

Sólida capacidad para construir y mantener relaciones, tanto con clientes como con personas influyentes del sector; Capacidad para gestionar rechazos y obstáculos manteniendo la motivación; Flexibilidad para adaptar los enfoques de venta según las necesidades cambiantes de los clientes o las tendencias del mercado; Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, con la capacidad de presentar soluciones de forma clara e impactante; Capacidad para escuchar atentamente las necesidades de los clientes y responder con eficacia; Capacidad para buscar activamente nuevas oportunidades de negocio, sin esperar a que se presenten; Dominio del paquete Microsoft Office (Excel, Word y Outlook).

  • Educación: Ingeniería o afín
  • Experiencia: 3 años
  • Habilidades interpersonales, Comunicación, Razonamiento
  • Idiomas: Ingles, Español.
  • Tecnología (Stack Tech): MS Office, CRM, Hubspot

Requisitos Complementarios:

  • Certificaciones relevantes en ventas, gestión de TI o tecnologías específicas pueden ser una ventaja.
