The posting

A HITO Solutions encontra-se a recrutar um Chefe de Equipa de Manutenção de Instalações Elétricas (M/F) para integração numa empresa de referência no setor da construção, localizada em Braga.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Coordenar e acompanhar a equipa técnica nas atividades de manutenção de instalações elétricas;
  • Executar e supervisionar trabalhos de manutenção preventiva e corretiva nas áreas de eletricidade, AVAC, segurança e manutenção geral de edifícios;
  • Diagnosticar avarias e implementar soluções de forma eficiente, garantindo a continuidade operacional das instalações;
  • Garantir o correto acompanhamento e apoio a equipas externas e subempreiteiros;
  • Assegurar o cumprimento das normas de segurança, qualidade e procedimentos internos em vigor;
  • Efetuar o registo de intervenções, ocorrências e relatórios técnicos através das plataformas de gestão de manutenção;
  • Promover a organização das atividades da equipa, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos e objetivos definidos.

Perfil Pretendido

  • Escolaridade mínima obrigatória;
  • Formação profissional ou técnica na área da Eletricidade (preferencial);
  • Experiência anterior em funções similares de manutenção técnica e/ou coordenação de equipas;
  • Capacidade de leitura e interpretação de esquemas elétricos e documentação técnica;
  • Formação na área da Segurança no Trabalho;
  • Disponibilidade para deslocações pontuais pelo país;
  • Carta de condução (preferencial).

  • Sentido de responsabilidade, autonomia e organização;
  • Capacidade de análise e resolução de problemas;

  • Certificações técnicas relevantes para a função;
  • Formação complementar nas áreas de eletricidade, segurança ou manutenção industrial;
  • Conhecimentos de automação e sistemas de gestão técnica centralizada;
  • Experiência na utilização de softwares de gestão de manutenção, nomeadamente Infraspeak.
