The posting

Procuramos um(a) Engenheiro(a) / Diretor(a) de Obra especializado(a) no setor fotovoltaico, com experiência na gestão, coordenação e execução de projetos residenciais, comerciais e industriais.

Será responsável pelo planeamento global da obra, controlo de custos, cumprimento de prazos, enquadramento legal e garantia dos padrões de qualidade e segurança definidos pela HITO Solutions, assegurando a correta implementação das soluções técnicas e a satisfação dos clientes.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Direção e coordenação de obras no setor fotovoltaico;
  • Planeamento, acompanhamento e controlo de prazos e custos;
  • Gestão de equipas próprias e subempreiteiros;
  • Análise, validação e acompanhamento da execução de projetos técnicos;
  • Coordenação com clientes, projetistas, fiscalização e restantes entidades intervenientes;
  • Garantia do cumprimento dos requisitos legais, de qualidade, ambiente e segurança;
  • Identificação e resolução de problemas técnicos durante a execução da obra;
  • Elaboração de relatórios de acompanhamento e controlo de obra;
  • Assegurar o cumprimento dos objetivos operacionais e financeiros dos projetos.

Requisitos e Experiência

  • Experiência comprovada na gestão integral de obras de instalação fotovoltaica;
  • Experiência na coordenação de equipas técnicas em obra;
  • Conhecimentos sólidos de planeamento, gestão de custos e controlo de qualidade;
  • Experiência em reuniões de coordenação com clientes, projetistas e fiscalização;
  • Conhecimento da legislação e regulamentação aplicável ao setor.

Valorizamos

  • Licenciatura em Engenharia Eletrotécnica, Engenharia das Energias Renováveis ou área similar;
  • Formação específica no setor fotovoltaico;
  • Formação complementar em Gestão de Projetos;
  • Formação em Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho;
  • Conhecimentos de ferramentas de planeamento e gestão de obra.
