O nosso cliente procura um/a Diretor/a de Obra na área de Instalações Elétricas para integrar a sua equipa técnica, sendo responsável pela gestão completa da obra, desde a fase de preparação até à entrega final, assegurando o cumprimento dos requisitos técnicos, financeiros, contratuais e de qualidade, bem como pelo desenvolvimento, revisão e execução de projetos de instalações elétricas, maioritariamente para os setores do comércio e da indústria.​

Requirements

Principais Responsabilidades

Conhecer e assegurar o cumprimento do orçamento, contrato e caderno de encargos da obra. Preparar tecnicamente a obra, propondo soluções e variantes mais eficientes e/ou económicas. Planear, coordenar e gerir a produção, recursos humanos, equipamentos e materiais. Coordenar equipas internas e subempreiteiros, garantindo o alinhamento com os objetivos do projeto. Controlar custos, prazos, qualidade e níveis de produção, elaborando e apresentando relatórios periódicos. Acompanhar alterações ao projeto e negociar trabalhos adicionais. Garantir a conformidade com as normas de segurança, ambiente e procedimentos internos. Assegurar uma comunicação formal, clara e eficaz com todas as partes interessadas. Supervisionar periodicamente a obra, assegurando autos de medição, receções provisória e definitiva e a entrega das telas finais.
