Responsabilidades e Tarefas da Função

  • Atuar como interface técnica com clientes em projetos de aquisição e desenvolvimento de produtos
  • Gerenciar e garantir a documentação técnica do produto durante todas as fases do projeto
  • Coordenar atividades de desenvolvimento junto às áreas de CAD, CAE e testes
  • Planejar, acompanhar e validar protótipos (design e processo)
  • Realizar estudos de viabilidade técnica considerando custo, peso e qualidade
  • Conduzir e apoiar validações de produto e processo (laboratório e planta)
  • Utilizar ferramentas estruturadas de engenharia para desenvolvimento e resolução de problemas (DOE, DFMEA, A3, entre outras)
  • Trabalhar em ambiente matricial com times multidisciplinares (qualidade, processo, manufatura, compras, etc.)
  • Apoiar análises técnicas e tomada de decisão junto ao cliente e stakeholders internos

Requisitos Obrigatórios

Graduação em Engenharia Mecânica, Elétrica, Produção ou áreas correlatas

Inglês avançado (necessário para reuniões, apresentações e interface global)

Experiência prévia no setor automotivo

Conhecimento em GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)

Vivência com desenvolvimento de produto e leitura de desenho técnico

Experiência com ferramentas de engenharia como DFMEA, DOE, A3, PDCA ou similares

Conhecimento do processo de desenvolvimento automotivo (APQP será considerado diferencial)

Requisitos Complementares

  • Experiência com chassis, carroceria (body-in-white) ou estruturas metálicas
  • Conhecimento em processos de estampagem e/ou solda
  • Vivência com materiais metálicos (aço/alumínio)
  • Experiência com testes de validação e ambiente de laboratório
  • Atuação prévia em empresas automotivas globais
